A 3 day Spring retreat for widows and orphans take place in a resort in Israel. The retreats combine recreation workshops as well as special seminars with the professional staff of the Casualty & Loss IAF Department. |

A field trip is organized up to 3 times a year, to prevent their withdrawal from society and to allow them to bond with fellow victims for support. |

The aim of the program is to assist IAF widows with the resources needed to train and study leading to new careers. Assist orphans in school and other educational needs.

Transition from Military to Civilian Life

The central objective of the training is mainly to assist Air Force retirees during the process of their retirement, and to act as a bridge between their qualifications, their requirements and their desires, and between the requirements of the workplace in the various fields of employment in the civil world. |
